MilkMan Rice Pudding

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes


  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup precooked rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Raisins
  • Sultanas


  • Pour milk in a nonstick pan and bring to the boil over low heat
  • Stir in all ingredients until ready. The pudding is done when the rice and milk have amalgamated into a thick porridge-like consistency.
  • Serve on a deep white plate and sprinkle with raisins and sultanas.
