Cooking time: 20 minutes
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup precooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pour milk in a nonstick pan and bring to the boil over low heat
- Stir in all ingredients until ready. The pudding is done when the rice and milk have amalgamated into a thick porridge-like consistency.
- Serve on a deep white plate and sprinkle with raisins and sultanas.
