Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- Carrots
- Onions
- Green pepper
- Tomatoes
- Fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Methods:
- Break eggs in a bowl and add all chopped ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste before whisking.
- Add Milkman UHT milk and continue whisking.
- Add oil in a pan over low heat and fry the omelette.
- Garnish with chopped chives on a white plate with sausages or toast and milk tea/coffee
