Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Milkman natural yoghurt
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- 1 large fresh red chili, deseeded, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Tomato wedges
- Onion rings
- Cucumber wedges
- Radsih rounds
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients for dressing in a bowl
- Gently whisk in the oil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix vegetables in a bowl
- Serve salad onto white side plate
- Drizzle with dressing
