Ingredients:
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 limes
- lime zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- Pineapple
Method:
- Slit the chicken drumsticks and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the drumsticks in a ziplock bag and add lime zest, MilkMan plain yoghurt and marinade for at least 5 hours.
- Remove the drumsticks from the ziplock bag and bake in the oven. Turn on the other side and add pineapple wedges.
- Serve with grilled pineapple and mint leaves
