Ingredients:
- 1 cluster matooke
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mustard powder
- Minced beef
Method:
- Slice the matooke and add all ingredients apart from the minced beef in a mixing bowl. Stir and bring to the boil.
- Mash matooke in butter until even and add cooked minced beef
- Serve on white plate with a rich red tomato sauce and garnish with cilantro leaf
